Underwood Financial Ltd. is a commercial real estate investment company that understands our investors are looking for conservative investments which offer opportunities for short-, medium- and long-term results, through the resale of properties, as well as the development of properties and management of income-producing properties.

Leadership

Underwood Financial, Ltd. was created by George M. Underwood, Jr. in 1953 and since 1986 has been led by Nancy Underwood whose vision has shaped the firm’s successful strategies and philosophy.  A third generation Dallasite, Ms. Underwood is the company’s primary owner and president.  Underwood leadership extends deeply into the community and is powered by a strong tradition of community service.  Additionally, Nancy Underwood serves on the Board of Comstock Resources, a public oil and gas company listed on the New York Stock Exchange as CRK.
